TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE OF MADAME DE ROSA PRODUCTS
The Site allows placing orders with the company MADAME ANISA S.L. for a selection of MADAME DE ROSA products (hereinafter, the "Product(s)"), directly online through the Internet for deliveries throughout the Iberian Peninsula, excluding Gibraltar, as well as to the Balearic Islands, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, and Sweden.
1- AVAILABILITY AND PRODUCT STOCK
The products offered and advertised through the site, as well as their prices, will be valid for the consumer as long as they appear on the Site, although they will always be subject to availability due to the nature of online shopping. There might be errors or modifications, especially in the case of simultaneous orders for the same product by several customers.
If a product purchased is not available, the consumer will be informed within a maximum period of 72 hours from the purchase confirmation through the email address provided on the website or, if applicable, by phone. Upon receiving this communication, the consumer can opt for an alternative product or, if necessary, cancel the purchase made.
MADAME ANISA S.L. will not be responsible UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES for the lack of stock or immediate availability of the products. As indicated in the previous section, the consumer may opt for a replacement or, if necessary, cancel the purchase made.
MADAME ANISA S.L. reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the products offered through the Website.
2- PURCHASING PROCESS OF MADAME DE ROSA PRODUCTS
2.1- Product Selection
The website offers the consumer all products available for purchase. Once selected, including the color if applicable, the selection can be added by clicking on the "ADD TO CART" option.
2.2- Purchase Confirmation
After the selection is completed, by selecting "BUY", the consumer will have access to a summary of their purchase, which can be finalized by clicking on "COMPLETE PURCHASE".
If the consumer already has an account, they must log in to use it. If not, the user must fill out the form with billing and shipping details. If desired for future purchases, a new account can be created.
2.2.a) - Creating a User Account
Creating an account allows the USER, among other things:
- Track purchases, check the history of orders, modify entered data, including personal information, payment methods, or delivery addresses, among others.
The USER is solely and exclusively responsible for the conservation and confidentiality of the identification data and commits not to disclose them to third parties under any circumstances. MADAME ANISA S.L. or any of its group companies will NOT be responsible, under any circumstances, for the possible loss, theft, identity theft, or any fraudulent use by third parties of the aforementioned data. If the USER becomes aware of any of these circumstances or similar occurrences, they must immediately inform the website through the appropriate channel.
2.2.b) - Identification Data
The data entered by the user on the website serves as sufficient proof of purchase operations and, if applicable, returns or modifications that may exist between MADAME ANISA S.L. and the REGISTERED USER. In the event of a discrepancy between the USER and MADAME ANISA S.L. regarding any act performed, whether it be a purchase, modification, cancellation, or any other, the data recorded by MADAME ANISA S.L. and entered by the USER will be considered irrefutable proof for all purposes.
2.2.c) - Account Cancellation
The USER has the right at all times to request the cancellation of the account by sending an email to the address info@madamederosa.com
2.3 - Purchase Confirmation
After completing the described process and accepting these terms and sales conditions, as well as the confidentiality policy of the website, the consumer must confirm by clicking on "PLACE ORDER". At this moment, the sale will be completed, although before final verification, the USER must review the product selection.
The WEBSITE strives for the faithful accuracy of the content displayed through it on computers or mobile devices. However, it is not responsible for technical limitations in color reproduction on any USER's electronic devices. In case of doubt about the graphic representation compared to reality, contact Customer Service.
MADAME ANISA S.L. reserves the right to NOT accept an order if it reasonably believes that the USER has violated or may have violated these Terms and Conditions, if there are indications of illegal actions by the USER, or for any other legitimate reason.
2.3.a) Purchase Identification
After confirming the purchase, the consumer will receive proof of purchase via email from MADAME ANISA S.L., detailing the transaction.
2.4 - Prices and Accepted Payment Methods
2.4.a) Item Prices
Prices will be expressed in Euros and include the corresponding taxes and fees in each state. Refunds of these amounts for tax purposes will not be made under any circumstances, except for:
I- Cancellation of an order due to exercising the right of withdrawal.
II- Cancellation of the order due to defects or hidden flaws in the shipment's object.
In both cases, the consumer must be reinstated to the situation immediately before making the purchase.
MADAME ANISA S.L. reserves the right to modify the prices of the offered products at any time without prior notice. Payment will be made immediately upon placing the order.
2.4.b) - Accepted Payment Methods
I- Payment by credit or debit card
Accepted credit and debit cards are: Visa®, Mastercard®, Maestro®, and American Express®.
II- Payment through PayPal
We accept payments made through PayPal.
When completing your order and choosing PayPal as the payment option, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal platform and will need to log in from there.
III- Payment using return or exchange vouchers
The USER will have a positive economic balance with MADAME DE ROSA in the event of choosing a return via a return or exchange voucher. These vouchers have no expiration date, and the balance will decrease as the vouchers are applied to successive purchases.
2.5 - Ownership of Goods and Retention until Full Payment
The purchased products will remain the property of MADAME ANISA S.L. until full payment of the price and costs.
Once the order is delivered to the indicated address, the USER assumes all risks associated with it.
3- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The USER has the same rights and periods to proceed with returns and/or claim possible defects or flaws, both online and offline.
The USER has a period of fourteen calendar days, starting from the date of receiving the product, to return it (article 71 of Law 3/2014, of March 27).
The right of withdrawal cannot be applied when, for reasons of hygiene or other exceptions provided by law, it is not applicable.
4- RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- If an item has a security tag or brand tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position.
Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. If returning from a country different from the country in which the order was received, customers must bear the return costs and be liable for the return. This excludes orders in which an incorrect item was received or was damaged, or faulty.
Once your return has been received, it can take up to 6 calendar days to process. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, our return instructions are paper free. This benefits our customers, our people and our planet.
When returning your items, please include your order in the reusable MADAME DE ROSA packaging. If anything is damaged or missing from your return, you may not receive your refund.

Any claim that the USER deems appropriate will be addressed as soon as possible and can be made to the following contact addresses:
